Tea Time~~

When i worked in hospital with all my colleagues, they usually will have tea time around 3 pm. Well, what will you have during tea time section? My friends will have sweetened tea or maybe Milo or Nescafe, accompanied by fried food such as fried popia, kuih-muih or maybe fried rice.
Do you think this is a healthy way to snack?
Sweetened beverages and oily food. I think it is not a good way to snack.
Too enjoy a tea time that is healthy, you may can try to have yogurt. Other than that, you may try to have a green salad as itcontains many vitamins and minerals that will make you tea time more healtier. If you think that is too little for you to have such as tea time, you also can have sandwiches~Let's try make this sandwich~This sandwich tastes a little bit of India but hope u enjoy it~

1 large sweet onion, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped cilantro or coriander leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Curry powder

How to make

Step1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, nuts, celery, cilantro/coriander leaves, onion and yogurt. Drizzle lemon juice on top and stir well.

Step 2. Add the curry powder, a teaspoon at a time, to suit your preference. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Chill for several hours or overnight.
